A dream home, built to enjoy the beauty of nature

Naz's Farm House began as Shanavas — "Naz" to family and friends — building the home he always wanted: a quiet place in the hills above Kozhikode, close enough to the city, far enough to forget it, right where the road starts climbing into Wayanad.

Today that dream home opens its doors to guests looking for the same thing he was — hills, views, silence, and the kind of serenity that's hard to find anywhere else in Kerala. It's also become a favourite setting for weddings and family functions, with a garden built for gathering as much as for quiet mornings.

Two rooms, a majlis loft, and a garden that does double duty

Every corner of the house was built around the view — and there's room here for a quiet weekend or a full celebration.

Hill country, close to Kozhikode

Naz's Farm House sits on Kannottipara–Perumpalli Road in Perumpally, Thamarassery — on the Kozhikode side of the ghat road toward Wayanad, the same route many travelers take between the coast and Bangalore, with forested hills on every side.

Wayanad's hills on one side, Kozhikode on the other

The farmhouse sits right on the road between them — and on the route plenty of travelers take to and from Bangalore.

Thusharagiri Falls

A three-tier waterfall and an easy forest trek just up the ghat road — often the first stop before the climb into Wayanad really begins.

The Hills of Wayanad

Chembra Peak, Pookode Lake, Edakkal's caves — past the ghat, Wayanad opens up for an easy day out and a drive home to somewhere quieter.

🛣️

Nine Hairpin Bends

The Thamarassery ghat climbs right past the farmhouse — one of Kerala's most scenic drives, and the same road travelers take between the coast and Bangalore.

🏖️

Kozhikode Town

Old bazaar streets, the beach, and the city's famous seafood are a short drive back down the hill, whenever you want a change of pace.
